[werkflow-user] How to make cases persistence?

I'm trying to save all the cases, attributes in database with
PersistenceManager. Here are two questions,

1, What information should I save? Just save CaseTransfer objects?

2, How to reload the whole environment when the engine is restarted? I tried
the prevayler persistence manager, however it doesn't restore the
environment.
